Extended Delivery Zone: Delivery to areas beyond our primary zone may be available for an additional fee or extended delivery time. Contact us to check availability. We are continuously expanding our delivery zones, so please check back frequently or contact our team if your location isn’t listed.
2. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, while ensuring the highest quality of food. Delivery times may vary based on location, traffic, and order volume. 4. Delivery Process
4.1. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website or mobile app. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the details of your order and estimated delivery time. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed deliveries.
4.2. Delivery Method
Our food is delivered by either our in-house delivery team or third-party delivery partners. All deliveries are handled with care to ensure your food arrives in optimal condition.
4.3. Contactless Delivery
For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Simply select this option at checkout, and our delivery driver will leave the order at your doorstep and notify you by text or phone call when it has arrived.
5. Delivery Issues
5.1. Delayed Deliveries While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, there may be delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5.2. Missed Deliveries If the driver is unable to reach you (e.g., no answer at the door, wrong contact number), they will attempt to contact you via phone. After 30 minutes of no response, the driver will return the order to the restaurant. In such cases, the customer may need to pick up the order or pay an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
5.3. Incorrect or Missing Items If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us immediately at 9993335375 or info@foodzone.one. We will arrange for the missing items to be delivered or offer a refund/credit, depending on the situation.
6. Delivery During Adverse Weather Conditions
In cases of severe weather or other hazardous conditions, deliveries may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. Your safety and the safety of our delivery team are our top priorities. If deliveries are suspended, we will notify customers and provide an estimated time when delivery services will resume.
7. Pickup Option
If you are located outside our delivery zones or prefer to collect your order in person, we offer a pickup option: Pickup Time: Orders will be ready for pickup within 45minutes of confirmation. Location: jalakandapuram. Please have your order confirmation number ready when you arrive for pickup.
8. Third-PartyDelivery Platforms
If you choose to order through a third-party delivery platform (e.g., UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub), please note that their delivery policies, including fees and timeframes, may differ from ours. We recommend reviewing their terms and contacting them directly for any delivery-related concerns.
