- You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, provided that food preparation has not yet begun.
- Orders canceled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.
1.2. Cancelling After Preparation Has Begun
- If your order has already been prepared or is being prepared, it may not be possible to cancel. In such cases, refunds may not be available, as ingredients and time have already been committed to your order.

- Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered are non-refundable. If the food is already on its way or has been delivered, cancellation is not possible, and no refunds will be issued.
